What are your prices?
Our single images range in price from $45.00 to $399.00. Prices for each image are listed on its Image Details page. CD prices range from $240.00 to $275.00 for the Photosphere Classic CDs. Photosphere Exclusive CD collections range from $420 to $699.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts. Read about our discounts at this link.

Can I combine single images and CD's for a quantity discount?
Yes you can! Discounts are based on total items, mix and match as you wish.

Can I combine the quanity discount with your other promotional discounts?
Yes, you can combine quanity discounts and discount codes to maximize your savings.

Image Information:

Are all your images available on CD?
No, not all images are available on CD, in fact some of our more exclusive images are only available for downloading.

How big are your images?
Our downloadable images are supplied in RGB JPEG or CMYK JPEG format and most can be purchased/licensed in a choice of four file sizes.

Some images are only available in three sizes, Small and Medium and Large. Information specific to an image can be found on its Image Details page.

What format are the images on the CDs?
The images on the CD's are saved in Kodak Photo CD format, and the largest file size is 18MB and approximately 10"x7" 300dpi.

How do I download the comping images?
Comp images can be downloaded from the Image Details page. To save the image, follow the browser- and platform-specific instructions that appear below the comping image.

Do you offer non-watermarked comp images?
No, at this time our Comp images are only available with watermarks.

What is the 'Image Details' page?
This is the page that you see after you click on the thumbnail image. This is where you will find specific size and pricing information and Comp image that you can download.

How long before my 'Large Image Request' is completed?
We ask for 48 business hours to scan, correct and upload a Large Image, but typically they're ready with 24 hours.

How will I know when my Large Image is ready?
We'll send you an e-mail with a link to download your image as soon as it is ready.

How do I download an image?
When downloading images from Photosphere, you are given a URL of the download location. You'll see a link for the image(s) you've purchased.
PC users: 1. Right click the image link and choose "Save Target As".
2. Choose destination and click save.
Mac users: 1. Click and hold mouse on the image link until a menu appears.
2. Choose "Download Link to Disk" and save.

How long do I have to download a file?
You have 24 hours from the purchase time to download your image(s), from the URL given in a confirmation e-mail. After 24 hours, the URL to get your image(s) will be removed. It is best to download your image(s) promptly. If you are having problems downloading, please contact Customer Service cs@photosphere.com

Can you e-mail me the file?
No. The high resolution images are usually too large in file size to be sent via e-mail.

Licensing Information:

Royalty Free Licensing
Our simple royalty free license allows you to use your paid Photosphere image in almost any print or multimedia product as long as you are not selling the 'image' and obviously, you cannot publish it any pornographic or defamatory manner.

You may not market, distribute, sell or sub-license the Image alone and no product containing the Image shall grant the right to duplicate or distribute the Image to any third party or end user.

For editorial usage of the Images, Photosphere requests that publishers provide a credit with the image, "© Photosphere.com".
