Be sure that when entering your credit card number that you are using only numerals, no dashes or non-numeric characters. Make sure that your expire date is correct.

How long have you been in business?
Photosphere is one of the pioneer royalty free image suppliers. We started selling CD's in 1994 and downloadable images in 1996.

No, you only need to register to purchase images or save your lightbox.

You only need to register when you want to make a purchase or if you want to save your light box.

If you've forgotten your password, the member log-in page allows you to request that your password be sent to the e-mail address that you used when you signed up.

How secure is your web site?
Our site is very secure. We've equipped the Photosphere web site with a secure server for safe, worry-free on-line shopping. All the information you enter on our order forms-name, address, phone number, credit card-is safely encrypted. Our credit card processing and security is provided by Internet Secure.

Do you sell your customers membership information?

Refunds

Do you offer refunds on downloaded images?
We do not offer refunds on downloaded images. You are welcome to use the Comp images to get the necessary client/management approvals required. Of course, we will replace any CD should it prove to be defective.
